Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our quality control standards to ensure every item we ship is in perfect condition. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary.

Inspect Your Order
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order contains a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

To make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:

1. Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team at support@lunouri.com within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain return/exchange authorization and the correct return address. We cannot process returns without prior approval.

2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns on all items within our return window.

3. Item Condition
Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and panty liner intact. Returns showing signs of wear (e.g., makeup, deodorant, perfume stains) will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Instructions
Ship your return via your local post office to avoid customs or tax issues. Include your completed return/exchange authorization form in the package.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so please keep your tracking number as proof of shipment. We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) returns.

5. Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping fee.
